The interview.

Hello everybody!

Today I will publish an interesting interview about an important person in my life, his name is Patricio Ferrada.
First of all, I will introduce Patricio whith a little biography.

Patricio was born in Chillán on September 21 in 1986. His father, Patricio Ferrada is a professor and his mother Juana Venegas is a housekepeer. He is an only child.
Patricio has lived in Chillán all his life. He had a happy childhood and when he was only five years he wanted to be a racing driver.
He studied at San Vicente School and when he finished his education there he decided to study Pedagogía General Básica. The only thing that he knew was that he loved children and he wanted to teach. So he studied Pedagogia General Básica at the Adventist University.
Today Pato is ending his career, he is doing his internship at Quilamapu School and he will graduate this year. He is very happy with his career and he thinks that he is doing a good job.

Now you can see the interview...

1. In which part of your Program are you in?

Well, I’m doing my internship in a third year elementary class at Quilamapu School. I’m in the fourth year of my Program and I´ll graduate this year. So I expect everything goes fine and I can fnish all this procees succesfully and become a good teacher.

2. How has your experience been?

It has been a good experience, very useful for my development as a person. I have
known different realities and that has helped me. I think that I am doing my best, I feel very comfortable with my job.
At the beginning I was afraid of confronting the laboral world, because I didn’t know how my experience was going to help me in real life. But then all that fear changed and today I feel comfortable with my future job.

3. How has your relationship with your students been?

It has been great, I am a friend of my students. They respect me and they feel comfortable with me. They are interested in my classes and they always are paying attention.

4.What would you change of being a teacher?

I won’t change anything at the moment. I really feel comfortable with my job the way it is.

5. What do you like of being a teacher?

To give my students knowledge and values are the things that I like most. It is rewarding to know that you are giving them the tools for confronting the life in the best way.

6. Do you believe that the technology is useful in your job?

Actually technology is a very useful tool, it facilitates students learning. It makes all more dynamic and that is something students enjoy. We as teachers have to update with the everyday technology .

7. What are your dreams?

The most important dream for me is to be a good professional, travel around the world learning about other cultures. To have my own family, to be a photographer and to write a book. I hope some day they will be a reality.

See next week, with another interesting work.
